What is the budget?

Name Celebrities and Entertainers range in price from $5,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 plus production costs.  It is so important to establish a budget, so that we can present ideas that are realistic.

Where is the event?

Every production has it’s nuance, and the venue space must have the right specifications for a quality presentation.  Many musical acts require large stages, high ceilings, substantial AC power, dressing rooms, early access to the facility etc.  Solo Entertainers usually require much less.

What are the demographics of your audience?

What is the age range of your audience?  Targeting your guests is one of the most important elements of choosing the right attraction for your group!

Once we have established the all of these elements, Prism Entertainment will present you with a comprehensive list of Attractions that meet your needs.   From this list, you choose 3 or 4 choices that appeal to you.  We will then determine availability, a negotiated price for the celebrity, production costs, transportation expenses etc., and present you with a total for the entire event!
